I needed to amend my taxes to receive remaining balance bt its not giving me that oion.

If after amending, you are due additional refund, then you will receive it in a separate check. All amended returns are paid by paper check. After mailing your amended return, it can take the IRS up to 16 weeks to process the amended tax return.
