Your tax ID number is your Social Security number or if you are not eligible for a SS number then it is the ITIN issued to you by the IRS.
Or are you referring to the AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) number from the 2018 tax return? If so, then see this - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947

If you have been previously assigned a Tax ID number, it is provided on the letter sent to you by the IRS. If you do not have the letter, you may find copies of it on documents or accounts where you have been required to provide this information such as:
- Previously filed tax returns
- Bank accounts or brokerage (investment accounts)
You can also call 1-800-908-9982 to answer a series of questions to verify your identity and retrieve this number. However, any non-automated services are currently suspended and will resume at a later (unknown) date.
