Not sure what help you need ... when you get to the W-2 entry section simply follow the screen instructions ... if you cannot import the information then simply enter the form manually.

If you are saying that you need help with your tax return, TurboTax will walk you through the questions in each section to determine what you should enter.

The W2 section can be completed exactly as your printed W2 appears.
