I meet all requirements for 1040EZ but I also have a single member LLC as disregarded entity. According to IRS, I need to file 1040 schedule C,E,F . Can I file it with 1040EZ?

If your single member LLC has income and expenses you will have to file a 1040 with a Schedule C.  If your LLC has no income and expenses, there is no requirement to file a Schedule C and therefore a 1040EZ will work for you.
