A 1099-MISC is entered in the Other Common Income section of TurboTax. You'll find the line for 1099-MISC under that heading. Be sure to answer all the follow-up questions in the 1099-MISC section.

To find that section, you can enter 1099-MISC in the search box, then click "Jump to 1099-MISC".
