I have uploaded to Turbotax on 04/14-2019 but I get a message that it will be 04/16/2019 before transmitted to IRS. Is this considered late filing?

I filed 4-14-19 electronically but turbo tax says it will be 4-16-19 before it is transmitted to IRS. Is this a penalty for me? It shouldn't be
