I have to file for our LLC (Form 1065 with K-1’s for my wife and me) and then our personal 1040 (Married filing jointly) Am I able to use the TT Business for both?

No, TurboTax Business does not create personal income tax returns (form 1040). It can be used to create the LLC tax return (Form 1065) along with the member K-1's, but you will need to use a TurboTax individual return product to create your personal return.
