We cannot see your screen. Box D of what? If you mean on your W-2 (my best guess) then just leave it blank. You do not need box D.

Box D of the W-2?

Nothing needs to be entered in box D to file a tax return. Make sure that you have not entered any type of information in the box. Put the cursor in the box and press the delete button on your keyboard multiple times to make sure any hidden characters are removed.
