I have an amount listed on my K-1, Form 1065, Box 13, Code ZZ. The description is Minnesota Pass Through Entity Tax. Which option do I select?

Early Withdrawal Penalty? Investment Interest Expense? Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions? Nonpassive Deductions to be Reported on Schedule E, Page 2? Section 754 Depreciation? Taxes and State Income Tax Withheld? I Have Another Description Item?

You should choose the Taxes and State tax withheld option. You will then see a drop down menu where you can enter the taxes paid and assign them to Minnesota.
