I have a Schedule K-1 (form 1065) and on the federal check at the end it wants me to put in info for K-1 form 1041?

How do I get our of the questions on form 1041 when I don't have that form?

There must somehow be a 1041 K-1 form selected or transferred to your current year tax return.  Below are instructions on how to get back to the K-1 summary screen in TurboTax and to delete a K-1 form that is not needed:  (Plus you will want to double check that the K-1 entered was initially entered as a 1065 K-1 and not as a 1041 K-1.)
