I have a question about entering a K-1, 1120S

TurboTax says to check any that apply. The first line says "This S corporation ended in 2016" Is this referring to the corporation's calendar year, or is it saying the corporation literally ended.

It's referring to an S corporation which ceased operations and was closed, no longer in business.
