I have a professional association (PA) with no activity for years that was dissolved in 2016. Do i need to file a tax return?

I have a professional association (PA) with no activity for years that was dissolved in 2016. Do i need to file a tax return?
It depends, but if you did not do a final year return related to your Professional Association in a prior year, you will want to do one with your 2016 tax filings. If you did do a final return in a prior year, then just doing a final legal dissolution in 2016 will not require a 2016 tax return.

It depends, but if you did not do a final year return related to your Professional Association in a prior year, you will want to do one with your 2016 tax filings. If you did do a final return in a prior year, then just doing a final legal dissolution in 2016 will not require a 2016 tax return.
