I HAVE A 1099-MIS I HAVE OUT OF POCKET COST WITH THIS IT IS A PARTNERSHIP IN WORK. HOW DO I DEDUCT THIS?

These costs will be expensed in Schedule C. Please follow the instructions below to enter these expenses into TurboTax:

To Get back to entering your Business Expenses please follow the instructions below:

1. Log into TurboTax Online and access your Tax Return through the Timeline
2. From your Welcome Page in the uppermost tab select and click on Federal Taxes
3. A secondary tab will appear. From that secondary tab click on Income and Expenses.
4. Scroll down and select Show More in the Self-Employment section
5. In this section a list of Businesses will come up. Next to the business you want to work on click on Edit.
6. This will take you to another page and near the bottom you will click on Add Expenses for this Work.

The program will walk you through the process and it will also give you the option to skip around to get straight to where you need.
