THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ME TO ENTER THE PAYER'S TIN#?? AND NAME TOO

Follow these steps to enter an IRS form 1099-NEC in TurboTax Online.

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & Income.
• Scroll down to Other Common income.  Click the down arrow.
• Click Start / Revisit to the right of Form 1099-NEC.

On the screen where you enter the 1099-NEC enter the payer's name in the box that says "Who paid you? (Payer)." Below that it asks "How is your payer's federal ID number formatted?" When you select xx-xxxxxxx as the format a box will open to enter the payer's EIN.
