I filed S corporation in June 2018. When I prepared my personal tax, Form 568 is showing to my CA Tax return. I never had and file LLC. How can I delete this form?

I filed S corporation in June 2018. for first 6 month I filed Schedual C. I never had LLC, but Form 568 LLC return of income is showing to my CA income tax.  How can I delete the form, because is not LLC and i did not mention about it.

You would file this form for the Schedule C income in CA, whether you had an LLC or not.  CA considers it equivalent.
