I filed for 4868. Does that cover filing an extension for both personal and business (LLC)?

If you are a sole member LLC treated as a disregarded entity on schedule C, then yes.

If you elected to file as an S-corp, or you are a multi-owner LLC required to file a separate form 1065, then no, that requires a separate extension.  And form 1065 was due March 15, not April 15, so it is already late and no longer eligible to apply for an extension.  The penalty for late filing a form 1065 is $195 per month per partner, so get a move on!
