A single-member LLC is a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes. You would file the business' income and expenses on Schedule C (Form 1040), as part of your joint return.

If you had no business income in 2018, you have no filing obligation for the LLC this year. If you incurred any start up expenses, they can be deferred until 2019, when the business has commenced operations and has income.
