I entered in box 14 for the k1, letter E, amount $1005.00. It is not showing on the return as income. Why?

According to this IRS link, this is foreign income sourced at the corporate level and is not taxable to the individual shareholder. It is placed there for informational purposes only. In fact, on your Form 1116, it will qualify as an adjustment exception.
