I earned (1099) sales commission in 2017 & used Schedule C. No commission in 2018 with same employer. Should I still use schedule C for 2018 if I expect 1099s in future?

If you did not have any sales commission (1099) in 2018, you do not have to file a Schedule C. You can use Schedule C in 2019 if you get 1099's in the future.
