FLSA OT PR in Box 14 of your W-2 stands for "Fair Labor Standards Act Overtime Premium". This represents the extra "half" portion of your time-and-a-half pay (the 0.5x premium) for overtime hours worked, not your total overtime pay. This informational amount is used to claim the No Tax on Overtime deduction.
In the Category box select Overtime.
It refers to the Fair Labor Standards Act Overtime Payroll. In box 14 of the W-2, select 'Overtime'.
