No, it does not. Only the the 3rd stimulus payment of $1,400 per person which would have been sent in the March - May 2021 timeframe is reported on the 2021 tax return.

No.  You only report the 3rd Stimulus EIP3 on your 2021 return.  It was for 1,400 per persona and came out starting in March 2021.  Did you get any of that one?

If you didn't get the first 2 payments you need to file a 2020 return to claim them or amend your 2020 return.  Were they on your 2020 return on line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit?
