I did marketing for a company but nobody ever bought anything from me, it was the company doing the selling. However, they did provide profit sharing for sales they made.

I wrote paperwork such as a bill of sale/warranty info for their clients but all payments were made to the company. I have a 1099-MISC, how should I report this? As marketing or direct health product sales? It was medically-certified air filtration systems.

Since you received this income due to your marketing services, this income would be from marketing.
