I created an LLC in 2024 in California. I've conducted no business. I have had no income or deductions with the LLC. What do I do?

If your LLC had no income or expenses in 2024, you are not required to file a Federal tax return.

For California, you have to file form 568 and pay the Franchise tax even if you did not conduct business in 2024.
