I checked off waiver in Part II because my SSA was garnished, but I'm not sure that was correct and I can't undo the check.

Have you tried to delete that SSA-1099 entry in the Wage and Income input section? You should be able to delete it and add a new one with the correct boxes checked (if I am understanding your problem correctly).

I got a corrected consolicated1099 from Charles Schwab & Co and I have already uploaded the original one. How do I get the corrected one into Turbo Tax?
