Go to Federal>Wages & Income>Business Items>Business Income and Expenses (Sch C)

We cannot tell from your post if you are using online TurboTax or desktop download. If you are using online, you must be using Premium in order to prepare a Schedule C. Any version of desktop software can prepare a Schedule C.

You can enter 1099NEC or cash Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium version. Or use any of the Desktop programs.
