I can't get the % in for a new partner for a llc what am i doing wrong?

If you are using TurboTax Business, the first thing you need to do is change the answer from "No" to "Yes" that inquires as to whether there was an ownership change (you will find this question at the bottom in the Business Info tab, About Your Business section).
