I am working on my S Corp Tax Return. We need to claim Solar Energy Credit. But Turbo said Form 3468 not available until March 23 ???  I hope I can finish the tax return by Feb because all the shareholders are waiting for the K1.  When is the due date for K1?

March 15.....my best guess is to file the return now and after March 23 file an amended, but inform the shareholders of the situation

TurboTax can file it now. It said it needs the form to be completed. What should I do?
