I am self-employed, but received a W-2 form from one company I worked for last year. Where do I record that information in the business section?

Do not record the income from W-2 in the business section.  Rather, record it in the personal income section.

The trouble with that is that you cut yourself short on what you can put into your SEP and lose deduction.
