I am self-employed and have 3 small businesses. On one of my schedule C's, the mileage driven section is not showing the numbers I input. Any idea?

When you were entering the business miles, were you in the section that relates solely to the business at issue?  Do the miles that you entered appear on the other Schedule Cs?

Are they showing up on page 2 of Form 4562?  If so, it is fine.

If you are required to file Form 4562 for the business (such as placing a new asset in service), then the vehicle information belongs on Form 4562.
