I am a member of a two member LLC. My LLC has not yet filed the K1, although it is completed. Can I file my 1040 before my LLC actuually files the K1?

Technically, yes, you can file your personal tax return if you have an accurate K-1.
However, why has the LLC not filed its tax return? If it hasn't been filed yet, whoever is preparing the Partnership return may make changes to it, and then your K-1 and your personal tax return would be wrong.
