How to handle amounts in box 1 and 2 of K-1
I'm being told to do 2 K-1's as I have an amount in box 1 and box 2. When I do the K-1 for box 2, do I only include what's in box 2, or do I enter everything again that I did for box 1?

You will have the K-1 entered twice, however, no amounts will be entered twice.
One will have box 1 entered, and the other will have box 2 entered (rents). The first K-1 will also have box 4 -20 entered where the 2nd one will only have box 2 entered.
