How to file K-1 boxes 1 & 2 with the other boxes

I have income reported in boxes 1 and 2 of my form 1065 K-1. TurboTax instructs me to create two separate K-1s, one for each of these activities. My question is that since I have numbers in boxes 5, 18 and 20, do I include those in the K-1 entry with just box 1, or box 2 or both?

Ok ... it is just this simple ... on one K-1 you will enter everything BUT line 2  .... and on the other K-1 you will enter ONLY the line 2.
