How do I report farm production not sold but used for family - I am using schedule F

We sell eggs and beef from our farm but we kept some of the eggs and meat from the beef.  How do we report what we kept for our own use?

You do not have to report the farm products that you keep for your personal use on your Schedule F.  However you can not deduct as an expense the cost of feed and upkeep for the animals that provided you with the farm products.
