You have to delete the source document for the applicable credit. Which one do you have?

the education one. should i delete the whole form or go to line 19?

To delete the form:
Log into your account, and then click on My Account
Then click on Tools and select Delete a Form
Scroll through the list of forms and when you find Form 8863, click Delete next to it
It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
The form will be deleted
