How do I add "Other" to box 12

If there's an amount in box 12 of your W-2 form but no code, you will need to contact your employer and tell them that Box 12 doesn't have a code so they can issue you a corrected W-2 form.

If the amount is blank, then you don't enter a dropdown menu code.
