I have a W-2 for self employment. It's not statutory employee. How do I link it to a schedule C?

A W-2 is not issued for Self-employment income. If the statutory employee box is not checked, just enter it under W-2 and be done.

W-2 with the "statutory employee" box checked. Try to delete that W-2 and then re-enter it manually. DO NOT copy or paste or import it. This should work. If it is not a statuatory employee, it is not schedule C.
