There is no stimulus for tax year 2022.

Federal stimulus checks were issued for tax years 2020 and 2021. There is no stimulus payment for 2022.

If you were not eligible for the payments for 2020 or 2021 because you could be claimed as a dependent or if you made too much income, you are not eligible now either. But if you were eligible and did not receive the stimulus payments you can file (or amend) your 2020 or 2021 tax returns to use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review to get the EIP amounts.
