You can easily delete a form that you do not want.

Go to your Federal Return> Tools (on left side in black)> select Delete a Form> scroll to find the correct W-2> click Delete

Go to Federal>Wages and Income to delete the W-2.  Do you mean you have a 1099R?
Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R

Work through the W-2 section again, and select "YES I HAVE A W-2 TO ENTER". You'll see the one entered already listed there with a delete button to the right. Delete it, then click the DONE button to leave the W-2 section.
