How do I enter a UPE on my tax return, can it go on the same K1 as the business, or does it need it's own?

You can enter the unreimbursed partnership expenses (UPE) on your own, they don't need to be reported on the Schedule K-1. You will see an option for that after you enter your schedule K-1 in TurboTax on the screen that says Describe the Partnership, choose the option that says I am required to pay supplemental business expenses on behalf of this partnership/LLC for which I am not reimbursed:
