How do I delete the request for a state S Corp. It is no longer relevant and hasn't been for a few years

You need to delete Federal Form 2553 and any related Forms, Schedules, and Worksheets.

 

Here is a link that will help you delete the Form depending on if you are on Windows or Mac:  Delete A Form

 

Depending on what state you are in, you will need to review the State Forms and follow the same general procedures to delete it from your State Return.  (Your State May use the same Form number as the Federal, or it may be different.)

You need to delete Federal Form 2553 and any related Forms, Schedules, and Worksheets.
