How do I delete a duplicate of interest form the form? It does not shoe up until the Interest form and then shows up as "Untitled" and as $164.01.

Seems to be a problem.  I had one too.  Switch to Forms Mode and open schedule B and try to find it there to delete it.

Click on Forms in the upper right, then look at the list of forms on the left. You should see a 099-INT with Untitled after it.  Click on it then scroll; to the bottom and delete.

You can also open the Schedule B and see if you see the interest amount there and delete it.
