How do I deal with Sch K-1 Box 16 error "Description has been entered for more than one type of income. Use Separate K-1 worksheets..." when I have only 1 K-1?

What kind of K-1? 1065 K1? 1120 K1? 1120-S K1? It matters. the boxes where income is reported are labeled differently on each type.

Next, in what boxes on whatever type of K-1 you have, do you have income/loss to report?
