How do i change line A on schedule E from yes to no?

You need to update your rental property entries. On the screen that says Review Your (name of rental property) Rental Summary, you need to update the Property Profile. One of the screens in that section will say Did You Pay Anyone $600 or More for Work Related to This Property? On that screen you can indicate yes or no to having paid for work that requires a form 1099.
