i paid my state taxes through turbo tax for 2016 and it has not come out of my bank yet     (payment)    what does this mean

 There is no way for us to know if they will take it directly out of your bank account what I would recommend doing is contacting your State's Department of Revenue and they will be able to give you more detailed information.
