How can I file form 1065?

I would like to efile form 1065 for a new LLC started in 2016. Can I do that thru turbotax? There is no business income just expenses that count as deductions and section 179 property. Also, do I have to file business income taxes for the LLC if we live in CO?

Yes, you can file a 1065 return on TurboTax.  In order to file a 1065 Partnership return, you will need to purchase TurboTax Business https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/.  

Standard LLCs are pass-through entities and are not required to pay income tax to either the federal government or the State of Colorado so you would not have to file a state return.  Instead, income from the business is distributed to individual LLC members, who then pay federal and state taxes on their personal income tax return on the amount distributed to them.
