How can I exclude Schedule C income from state taxes

I moved from MA in May, started a business.  The Schedule C is included in my MA tax form and I can't seem to delete it.

You can exclude a business from Massachusetts when you go through the interview process. Edit Massachusetts. Click through until you see a page listing your business. See screenshot. This is where you can delete a business.
