How can I enter a fraction amount for Ohio Schedule A line 19?

TurboTax says, "enter an amount of 1/2, 1/5, or 1/6", but it won't let me enter a / character, or a decimal value.

If I try to type "1/2", it strips out the / so that it just says "12". If I try to enter ".5", it accepts the value, but then during the review it says there's an error and takes me back to enter the value again.

After sleeping on it, I think what they're actually asking for is the dollar amount that corresponds to 1/2 the total, not a literal "1/2".
