HI. It has the wrong amount for the NOL carry over last year...how do I correct it? It won't let me

There is an interview screen for entering your Net Operating Loss carry forward from 2015. (Business Income & Expenses > Less Common Business Situations)

The attached screenshots show where the interview is located in TurboTax Self Employed.
