Hi,I have a question regarding the car I used for my consultation business

I am filing a joint return with my husband. The car I used for my personal business is under my husband's name. He is also the person on the car loan. Is it acceptable to state that I own the car on the return so I can utilize the itemized deductions?
Thank you for our time!

Note that Vehicle Expenses for your self-employed business are reported on Schedule C. See this post for more info: Where do I enter my self-employment business expenses, like home office, vehicle mileage, and suppli...
