Yes - amend your personal tax return to include Schedule C - Profit or Loss from Business. To do this you will need to use the Premier or Self-Employed [Home & Business for CD/Download] versions of TurboTax.

I have 2 investment accounts, one personal and one tied to my LLC. THe TUrboTax tool will let me fill out Schedule C but there is no way to say that the 1099 is LLC?
